§ 7.06. Determination of Election Results.

(a)

Number of Votes. Each voter shall be entitled to vote for as many at large candidates as there are vacancies to be filled. A voter may vote only for a district Council member who resides in the district in which that voter resides.

(b)

Plurality. Elections shall be determined by plurality vote. In case of a tie, a run-off shall be held between the candidates having an equal number of votes. The run-off election shall be held no later than thirty (30) days after the tie is officially declared.
