§ 50-5. Attaching certain devices to moving vehicle.

Any person who shall, while riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, in-line skates, roller blades, skateboards, roller skates, skis or other such device, attach himself or such device to any motor vehicle proceeding upon any way shall be punished by a fine as provided in article V of this chapter.
