§ 30-51. Appointed; purpose; members; report.

(a)

The town council shall appoint a municipal recreation committee to investigate the need for public recreational facilities within the town, establish priorities, and recommend a program for developing and financing recreational facilities.

(b)

The committee is composed of seven members and two alternates.

(c)

The committee shall prepare a report for the annual town report.
