§ 10-298. Linen and clothing.

  • (a)

    Soiled linens, coats and aprons shall be kept in suitable covered metal or plastic containers or laundry bags until removed for laundering.

    (b)

    Adequate facilities shall be provided for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and personal belongings. Such designated facilities shall be located outside of the food preparation, food storage and serving areas.
