§ 10-260. Violation; penalties.

In addition to revocation or suspension of an itinerant vendor's license as provided in section 10-255, the violation of any provision of this article shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250.00 nor more than $1,500.00 for each offense, plus costs of prosecution including, but not limited to, attorney's fees. Each act of violation and every day upon which any such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense. Any violation of this article or of any condition or requirement adopted pursuant to these provisions may be restrained, corrected, or abated, as the case may be, by injunction or other appropriate proceedings as allowed by state law. All fines and penalties, together with costs of prosecution of violations, shall be recovered for the benefit of the town.
