§ 10-253. Term of license; fee.

(a)

Every license issued under this article shall be issued only for the following terms, subject to the corresponding fee.

Application fees shall be:

Temporary stands (90 days or less)	$75.00
6 months itinerant vendor	100.00
12 months itinerant vendor	150.00
1 week carnivals and festivals	200.00
12-month outdoor flea market	100.00
12-month indoor flea market	200.00
Public records checks	50.00

 

(b)

Municipal organizations or agencies are exempt from fees in this section.

(c)

The town council may waive fees for charitable and non-profit organizations registered with the Secretary of State and in compliance with the Internal Revenue Service Code Section 501.
