§ 10-214. Penalty.

In addition to any action which the town council may take, violation of any provision of this division shall be a civil violation; and a fine not exceeding $200.00 may be imposed. Each day that a violation continues will be treated as a separate offense. All fines collected under this section shall inure to and be recovered by the town.
