§ 10-211. Special amusement permit.

No person licensed under section 2-202 shall permit on his licensed premises any music, except radio or other mechanical device, any dancing or entertainment of any sort unless the licensee first obtained from the town a special amusement permit issued by the municipal officers under division 2 of this article.
